A safe, secure and welcoming environment

We want you to have complete peace of mind that your beloved pet is in the best possible hands while you are away.

It goes without saying that we are all animal lovers, and you can be reassured that all our staff are well-trained and qualified in the field of animal welfare, and have considerable experience in caring for cats, dogs, parrots and small furries including rabbits.

Fully licensed, our boarding kennels and cattery facilities maintain high standards of hygiene, security and a state-of-the-art fire system. We also maintain a strict policy of only taking in vaccinated pets so that you can be confident your pet will be safe at all times whilst in our care. We therefore ask that you present your pets vac cards on arrival as a first line of defence and protection for our existing guests.

The very best care and conditions for your pet

  • Food: At our kennel, we kindly ask that you provide your pet’s regular food for the duration of their stay. This helps ensure they maintain their usual diet and routine, which is important for their comfort and well-being. Sudden changes in diet can lead to digestive upset or stress, so continuing with the food they’re accustomed to helps keep them happy, healthy, and feeling right at home while you’re away.
  • Regular exercise: Before leaving your pet with us, we will gladly discuss with you the amount of daily exercise your pet needs.
  • Dry secure access to the outdoors: Our kennels benefit from covered runs, meaning your dog can enjoy access to the outside, yet remain safe and dry even if it rains.
  • Free grooming*: To ensure your dog’s coat is clean and in excellent condition your dog(s) will be well groomed during their stay with us. *Only offered to dogs boarding with us for longer than a week.
